Sony's Reon Pocket Pro Plus: Enhanced Wearable AC Now Available in Europe
Sony's wearable air conditioner now chills more effectively in Europe.

Sony's pushing the envelope in personal cooling with the Reon Pocket Pro Plus, now in the UK and Europe via Sony's web store and Amazon. This wearable AC promises a 20% boost in cooling over the last model.
Enhanced Cooling and Design
The Reon Pocket Pro Plus uses the Peltier effect to drop the temperature. It's now two degrees Celsius (3.6 Fahrenheit) cooler. Sony's tweaked the algorithm to better track temperature changes, both on your body and around you, making it more efficient.
They've added new fins for a 40% bump in stability, holding the device snugly against your neck and shoulders. The design? Mostly the same, meant to fit comfortably under clothes.
Reon Pocket Pro Plus cools 20% better.
Added Features
Sony's rolled out a second-gen Pocket Tag, smaller than before, to monitor temperature and humidity. It helps fine-tune the cooling. There's an app for manual control, but you don't need a phone to use it.
The fan's still quiet, and it has an automatic shutdown to prevent overheating.

The Wearable Cooling Scene
Sony got into wearable cooling in 2017, launching the Reon Pocket through crowdfunding in 2019. Over the years, they've focused on battery and comfort. More folks want these gadgets as global temps rise.
What's Still a Mystery:
- No word on US availability.
- Real-world performance? We'll see.
- How durable are the new stability features?
Why It Matters:
Sony's Reon Pocket Pro Plus meets a growing need for personal cooling in our warming world. It ups the game in cooling and comfort. Sony's setting the pace in wearable cooling tech.
